Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

MazayaGo supports data deletion requests for our website, contests, and connected channels.

You can request deletion of Messenger data, website data, or both.

What data can be deleted

  • Contest participation records, entries, and responses.
  • Messaging conversation metadata and answers stored for campaign operation.
  • Website account details if you created an account.
  • Data from connected channels used to run campaigns, when applicable.
  • Support communications related to the request.

Identifiers we use

To locate your records, we need at least one identifier such as a conversation or channel reference, contest URL, or Page/channel name or ID.

If you do not have a conversation reference or PSID, use the contest link or Page/channel name; email (if available) can also help us locate your request.

  • Conversation or session reference (such as Messenger MT or another channel ID).
  • Page or channel name or ID.
  • Campaign or contest URL.
  • PSID for Meta Messenger users only (if available).

Verification

To protect participants, we may ask for additional details to confirm ownership.

Requests without sufficient information may be delayed or rejected.

Possible outcomes

We will confirm deletion or provide a reason if some data must be retained.

Where legally required, we may keep limited records for fraud prevention or compliance.

Limitations

  • We cannot delete data needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms.
  • Backups or legal holds may require limited retention for security and compliance.
  • Some aggregated analytics may be retained as they do not identify individuals.
  • Deletion from third-party systems depends on their policies.
